@canonusa just went God Mode with their support.
I dropped my R5c a few weeks ago and sent it in for service. (No damage to the camera, just broken undercover of the body) They had to order the parts so I couldn't get 2day turnaround, however they sent me the loaner directly to my hotel just in time for some Gimbal Shots! I even called them after hours, a day and a half ago, and they put things in motion immediately!
